1. Program Description

National Fiber Search operates an SMS messaging program to send transactional and informational messages to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive them. Messages are related to fiber internet availability inquiries and follow-up communications from our specialists.

This is not a marketing SMS program. We do not send promotional blasts or unsolicited commercial messages.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from National Fiber Search by:

  • Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website popup form
  • Verbally consenting during a phone call with one of our specialists

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the phone number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction with our specialists. You may receive an initial confirmation message upon opt-in, followed by follow-up messages related to your fiber availability check. We will not send excessive or repetitive messages.

4. Costs

National Fiber Search does not charge for SMS messages. However, your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details on your plan's messaging rates.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel your SMS subscription at any time. Text STOP to our number from the mobile device you wish to unsubscribe. After sending STOP, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further SMS messages from us unless you re-opt-in.

6. How to Get Help

If you need support or have questions about our SMS program, text HELP to our number, or contact us directly:

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. SMS opt-in data, consent records, and mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are explicitly exempt from any data sharing arrangements.
